An online class to help you calm your body, quiet your mind, and reset your system.

If you’re living with stress, chronic pain, anxiety, or that constant feeling of being “on edge,” this class is for you.

Twice a week on Zoom, we come together for 45 minutes of gentle nervous system regulation.

 

Using breathwork, soft reflex-based movement, and calming techniques, I guide you out of fight-or-flight and into a place of rest and repair.

This isn’t fitness. It’s restoration.


You don’t need any special equipment, and your camera can stay off.
Just find a quiet space, join when you can, and begin to feel better — week by week.
