Nervous System Online is a calming, 45-minute Zoom session that teaches your body how to relax again. We use: * Gentle rocking movements (primitive reflex work) * Breath techniques to calm the system * Tools to move out of fight-or-flight mode Join live or watch the replay. It’s quiet. It’s effective. It’s needed. "For people who feel like this...” Tight shoulders. Bad breathing. Restless sleep. Nervous energy. These are all signs of a dysregulated nervous system.
